Intelligence Analyst, Senior

Key Role:
Provide the client with Headquarters-based support for the planning and implementation of traditional foreign intelligence collection, counterintelligence (CI), non-traditional operations, and technical operations using technology. Combine specialized technical training, advanced analytic expertise, in-depth experience with client operational tradecraft and targeting tools, and open-source research expertise to identify new opportunities for operational activity and enhance ongoing operations. Remain investigative and action-oriented when supporting client objectives. knowledge of operations, including operational and technical tradecraft and intelligence priorities when providing strategic guidance to operations. Conduct all aspects of the position while keeping CI and operational security at the forefront. Work with a team and independently under minimal daily direction. Use sound judgment and multi-task while managing competing priorities.
   

Basic Qualifications:

Experience in the Intelligence Community (IC)

Knowledge of the CI concepts, principles, and practices necessary to support operations and conduct open-source research effectively

Knowledge of technical targeting tools, including client and commercially available tools, and how to use technology to solve complex operational problems in an organized and time-efficient manner

Knowledge of a foreign language at the functional level

Ability to develop creative yet practical solutions to anticipated and unanticipated problems

Ability to deal with US government officers at all levels of responsibility, authority, and rank professionally, confidently, and effectively

TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience in analysis or Master’s degree and 5+ years of experience in analysis

Additional Qualifications:

Experience with living or working abroad

Ability to show agility, innovation, flexibility, adaptability, and commitment to the client’s mission

Ability to work effectively as part of a team or independently

Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $73,100.00 to $166,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
