Financial Systems Trainer
The Challenge:

As a trainer on our team, you’ll help provide hybrid instruction for our soldiers through live audience. You’ll expand your technical expertise and industry knowledge and collaborate to devise creative solutions for mission-critical problems. In this role, you will be armed with the resources you need to excel.
Be empowered to tap into your creative thinking, technology, and leadership skills to help develop, manage, and deliver training using the program of instruction process to create learning objectives, ensuring a variety of learning styles for learners’ needs. Use the program of instruction, training materials, job aids, and best practices to aid in cultivating a learning environment that actively promotes learner engagement. You Have:
4+ years of experience supporting Army finance operations
Experience delivering and managing Army training
Knowledge of full spectrum disbursing processes
Ability to deliver training within a classroom environment in accordance with established POIs and TSPs
Secret clearance
HS diploma or GED
Nice If You Have:
Experience as a Disbursing Agent or Deputy Disbursing Officer
Experience as a system Trainer and Administrator
Experience with a deployed environment
Experience with Global Combat Support System (GCSS) or General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS)
Graduate of the Financial Management Technician (36B) Senior Leader Course
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $49,800.00 to $102,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
