Engineering Project Manager, Mid
Key Role:
Provide mechanical engineering and programmatic support for the development, testing, and integration of complex Defense systems. Oversee the design, evaluation, and production of mechanical and electro-mechanical components, sub-systems, and systems. Assist with the technical planning, execution, and maintenance of production programs and supply base. Serve as the lead for managing key stakeholder communications and travel to suppliers to support development and production milestones. Provide critical test support and develop reports on findings and recommendations.
Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of experience with mechanical engineering
Experience with managing cost, schedule, and performance of complex engineering programs
Ability to develop and execute test plans, analyze results, and develop programmatic recommendations
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
Ability to obtain a security clearance
Bachelor’s degree
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with systems engineering processes and risk management
Experience with production or manufacturing engineering
Knowledge of DoD acquisitions, processes, and policies
Secret clearance
Master’s degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $58,400.00 to $133,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
