Cyber Security Engineer

You Have:??
Experience with the Risk Management Framework process and creating and managing Plan of Action and Milestones
Experience with Security Technical Implementation Guides
Experience with Windows or Azure system and network administration
Experience with interpreting and implementing standards and policies in accordance with NIST 800-53 and DoDI 8510.01
Experience with performing vulnerability and risk analysis
Experience with conducting compliance assessments and validations, and conceptualizing and implementing security systems and architectures
Experience with security systems, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, anti-virus software, authentications systems, log management, and content filtering
Ability to obtain a security clearance
Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of experience with Certification and Accreditation or Assessment and Authorization in lieu of a degree
Ability to obtain DoD 88570 IAM Level 2 CompTIA Security+ Certification within 120 days of hire
Nice If You Have:??
Experience with Industrial Control Systems or Operational Technology
Experience with network topologies, intrusion detection, PKI, and secured networks
Experience with systems security engineering, design engineering, security tests and evaluations, and risk assessments
Secret clearance
ICS CERT Training completed, including Introduction to Control Systems Cybersecurity (101), Intermediate Cybersecurity for Industrial Control Systems (201), Intermediate Cybersecurity for Industrial Control Systems (202), and ICS Cybersecurity (301)
DoD 88570 IAM Level 3 Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $58,300.00 to $133,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
