Cyber Network Engineer, Mid
Key Role:
Under limited supervision, provide network analysis on system and network Risk Management Framework (RMF) authorization packages. Review network device configuration files, Ports Protocols and Services (PPS) matrix, and network authorization boundary diagram artifacts. Validate and report on the cybersecurity posture of systems and networks. Perform technical deep dive analysis on critical systems. Provide technical recommendations on threat vector resolution, reducing the risk, and impact to essential mission capabilities. This position is a hybrid role with a combination of working at a Booz Allen office or client site and working remotely.
Basic Qualifications:
2+ years of experience with Cybersecurity, information security, risk management framework, or the application of Cybersecurity to include technology areas
Experience with COTS network infrastructure technologies
Knowledge of Cybersecurity principles
Ability to analyze systems and networks for a clear written determination of compliance or residual risk and analyze potential vulnerability mitigation strategies
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor’s degree
DoD IAM I or IAT II Certification
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud network technologies
Knowledge of Cisco and Juniper technologies
Possession of excellent Client-facing consulting skills
Possession of one or more of the following certifications: Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or Security or Routing and Switching Certification, AWS certification
Clearance:

The proposed salary range for this position in Colorado is 70,000 to 100,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
