Computer Security Engineer
Key Role:
Support day-to-day remote technical aspects of product operational data to identify diagnostic issues in enough detail to determine if hardware or software is the root cause. advanced consulting skills, extensive technical expertise, and full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction and mentors or supervise team members.
Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in computer design, software development, or computer networks
5+ years of experience regarding the research, design, development, and testing of computer hardware and software programs
Knowledge of how to develop hardware security and software architectures with provable security interfaces
Ability to perform software or hardware testing to ensure achievement of system requirements
Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, EE, CS, or Mathematics
A+ CE, CCNA Security, Network+ CE, or SSCP Certification
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with Agile and Scrum project management
Experience with programming and scripting languages on Linux platforms
Experience with integrating hardware and software systems
Experience with DoD research and development projects
Experience with authoring technical papers, reports, or program plans for technical and non-technical audiences
