Build leadership presence and contribute to strategy development by creating a shared vision, champion and translate ideas into action, drive decisions, goals, and commitments, and cascade firm information to drive change. Cascade and execute the business strategy while playing a key role in supporting account and subaccount strategy. Lead a portfolio of client programs, including financial profitability, staffing, contract terms, quality delivery, risk, client satisfaction, and strategic positioning for recompetes. Establish and maintain excellent, trusting client relationships and a market reputation that results in increased demand for skills and expansion of the market in areas of expertise. Work effectively with colleagues to develop new methodologies or solutions that solve complex client problems. Leverage the firm’s capabilities to develop innovative ways to meet clients’ needs. 15+ years of experience with leadership or business leadership of cross functional teams delivering solutions to difficult problems
Experience with leading or managing team of 25+ FTEs
Ability to obtain a security clearance
Experience as a Military leader
Experience with leading highly technical teams
Experience with working in a foreign country
Project Management Professional (PMP) or Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level III Certification in Project Management
