We’re looking for you, a Business Data Analyst who can identify an organization’s long-term goals and show it how to achieve them.

As a Business Data Analyst on our team, you’ll engage with clients at the senior level to help them to understand their organization through data analysis and crystallize their goals. With your experience in data analysis and visualization, you will help clients understand the current environment, future forecasting, and decision-making to achieve organizational goals. You’ll need to ask the right questions to draw out your client’s objectives and vision. From unrealized potential to systemic challenges, you’ll provide your client with a holistic view of their organization and the multiple paths they can take to modernize. As the strategy expert, you’ll identify and anticipate your client’s needs as you create their way forward.

You Have:

1+ years of experience in professional or military environments
1+ years of experience with MS Excel, MS Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik dashboard creation
Experience with data management, data analysis, and visualization
Ability to think creatively to develop innovative solutions to data, business, and business strategy issues
Ability to obtain a security clearance
Bachelor’s degree

Nice If You Have:

Experience with scripting languages, including R or Python
Experience with DoD financial funding models
Secret clearance
Master’s degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $65,300.00 to $149,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
