Acquisition Program Manager, Lead

As a program manager at Booz Allen, you’ll design, implement, and maintain impactful programs by leading programs and projects in support of the U.S. Air Force. Senior technical and operational clients will trust you to organize and coordinate program objectives, while your team will look to you for leadership as they navigate requirements, budget constraints, and staffing challenges. As a leader, you’ll identify opportunities to grow the business by supporting your client’s mission. You’ll also broaden your expertise in problem management, strategic planning, reviewing contracts, and more.

You Have:
8+ years of experience in the DoD acquisition space
Knowledge of DoD acquisition deliverables, timelines, and budget cycles
Ability to provide daily support, advice, and counsel to senior operational and Program Office personnel
Ability to respond to data calls and provide analysis and briefings to Flag Officer, SES level leadership, and external stakeholders
Ability to manage a cadence that enables the PM, DPM, and Technical Director to deliver on established goals and priorities by driving efficiency and collaboration across the team
Ability to manage strategic planning and communication, formal documentation, briefs, strategies, risks, reporting, and information flow proactively
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor’s degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience as a pilot or weapon systems officer in 4th or 5th-generation fighter platforms or fighter or attack aircraft, including 500+ flying hours
Graduate of the U.S. Air Force Weapons Instructor Course or Navy Top Gun program
Master’s Degree
MBA, PMP, DAWIA Program Management Level II+ Certification
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
