All-Source Intelligence Analyst, Senior

As an all-source intelligence analyst on our team, you’ll explore new data sources, create effective queries, and combine information from disparate sources to help your client understand their mission environment through intelligence production. Using your comprehensive understanding of analytic tradecraft, defense intelligence, and intelligence information systems, you’ll research, evaluate, and produce finished intelligence and other relevant data to assess the operational environment, enhance readiness, and inform joint command and component organizations’ intelligence and information gaps. As an authority on your topic, your client will look to you for time critical analysis, often under pressure. 8+ years of experience in all-source intelligence analysis
4+ years of experience in military capabilities analysis, political-military analysis, or order of battle analysis
Knowledge of all-source analytic tradecraft standards including ICD 203 and ICD 206
Knowledge of IC-standard intelligence and production tools, databases, techniques, and platforms, including MIDB/MARS, COLISEUM, CHROME, and CRATE
Knowledge of processes and procedures involved in analytic support to collection
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
Nice If You Have:
Experience as an all-source intelligence analyst supporting a combatant command
Ability to show a score of 3/3 or higher on the DLPT, ILR, or ODA or ACTFL Advanced Low in the Korean language
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, including confidently interfacing with leadership

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $73,000.00 to $166,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
