Market Intelligence Analyst, Lead
Key Role:
Design and author original analysis in support of large captures, new market strategy, and solution investment decisions for our Civilian market executives. Lead market assessments, competitive assessments, black hats, and strategic investment planning efforts to accelerate market growth and inform business strategy. Perform extensive market and competitive research and analysis through both primary and secondary sources. Generate and supply analytical content and results in presentation format. Drive discussions with executive level leadership and lead the operationalization of the analytical outputs. Lead complex market research efforts with an aim of driving and helping executive level decisions in a market. Perform varying levels of support to the capture process, as needed. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
Basic Qualifications:
8+ years of experience performing market research and analysis within the Federal Government Services market
8+ years of experience leading and managing projects of an analytical nature
Experience preparing executive-level presentation materials and briefing analytical content
Knowledge of the Federal Procurement Data System, GovWin, DACIS, and other government or third-party resources
Knowledge of major Civilian missions such as citizen services, climate change, and immigration
Ability to identify, source, and analyze data and information from available resources and identify trends, draw conclusions, and determine connections to inform key business decisions
Ability to navigate Civilian budget materials, including the PBR, appropriations, and Exhibit 300s
Bachelor’s degree
Additional Qualifications:
Experience developing internal and external professional networks
Experience with data visualization, including transforming complex data into rich presentations with actionable and easy to read charts
Experience with Tableau or Power BI

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $93,300.00 to $212,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
