As a technical targeter on our team, you’ll play a critical role in helping our client assess the technical landscape to help fill intelligence gaps. You may be charged with analyzing complex worldwide operations to develop actionable intelligence against the highest priorities. As such, you will demonstrate knowledge of communications networks, data analysis, and the intelligence cycle to support execution of the client’s mission. You will manage, task, and maintain information flow across IC organizations within operational decision timelines. You will convey well-reasoned dissenting perspectives to ensure all data streams are considered for key decisions and become an authority in interagency targeting tools and resources. This is a chance to define your expertise as you develop new skills incorporating raw, often time-sensitive intelligence paired with a multitude of platforms and tools enabling you to affect the targeting narrative or picture. You will be with a team of teams where you will share your skills, expertise, and hunger for solutions with other analysts. We focus on growing as a team to deliver the best support to our customers and use multiple resources for mentoring and learning new skills and tools. Knowledge of all-source intelligence, including SIGINT, MASINT, IMINT, and HUMINT
Ability to read and process all-source intelligence reports and implement directives, as presented daily
Ability to parse, research, analyze, and fuse complex data sets and generate leads to advance dynamic objectives collection and analysis
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
HS diploma or GED and 7+ years of experience with the targeting life cycle, or Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience with the targeting life cycle
Nice If You Have:?
Experience with social network analysis
Knowledge of telecommunications networks, including evolving trends and technologies
Ability to conduct client-sponsored short-term domestic and international deployments

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $73,100.00 to $166,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
