CBRN Specialist
Key Role:
expertise in US Government CWMD and CBRN programs to support requirements and make recommendations on Combatant Command policy, plans, and budgetary requirements for Foreign Military Financing (FMF) and International Military Education & Training (IMET) programs. Provide subject matter expertise with assisting the development of annual programs and budget recommendations for education and training programs for more than 45 countries. Provide recommendations and develop innovative methods to improve the management of international education programs. This position will require international travel up to 5% of the year.
Basic Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in CWMD and CBRN mission areas
2+ years of experience with the military or DoD at a Service Headquarters, Service Component Headquarters, or Combatant Command
2+ years of experience with facilitating, managing, and overseeing the execution of security cooperation activities
Ability to coordinate activities and engagements with partner nations
Ability to create reports, briefings, and documents, including at the Flag, General, or SES level, and deliver them with client-ready quality
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor’s degree
Additional Qualifications:
Experience in the full range of planning, developing, coordinating, executing, and analyzing M2M country cooperation
Ability to plan and run conferences and seminars
Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $81,800.00 to $186,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
