International Engagement Action Officer
The Opportunity:

As a communications professional, you know how to inform and engage key audiences and help promote an organization’s preferred reputation. We’re looking for an experienced communications specialist like you, who is ready to share your knowledge and willing to win for the client and live our mission every day. Here, you’ll use your consulting skills and experience to design, develop, produce, and consult on a variety of internal and external communication materials and media that supports future technologies in the Department of Defense.
As a communications specialist on our team, you’ll develop creative solutions to complex problems. Your self-guided yet collaborative spirit will shape and nurture relationships with team members, stakeholders, and clients to develop partner nation engagement strategies related to future technologies, identify actions to improve technology cooperation with partners, and develop communication plans and messaging to support multi-national engagements on technology collaboration.
As the organizational advisor of all aspects of oral and written communications, you’ll oversee and author briefs, talking points, website content, social media content, and other communications.

You Have:??
4+ years of experience with developing targeted communication products, including fact sheets, communication plans, communications strategies, and supporting documents
4+ years of experience with implementing and documenting a communications strategy
4+ years of experience supporting and participating in stakeholder meetings
2+ years of experience at a military headquarter-level office
1+ years of experience in international S&T collaborations supporting national defense initiatives
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor’s degree in Technology or Business
Nice If You Have:??
Experience with multi-national communication plans
Knowledge of technology forecasting or future technologies with military significance
Knowledge of the Foreign Disclosure process and International Traffic in Arms regulations
Maser’s degree in Business Administration or Policy, or in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $73,100.00 to $166,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
