All Source Analyst
With all the information available today, it takes a skilled intelligence analyst to know how to find and interpret the best data to give their clients the right answers. With the critical decisions made in the military every day, we need an intel analyst like you to do just that. As an all-source analyst, you use your functional experience and your attention to detail to develop analytic assessments to give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need. If you have strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset, we have an opportunity to use those skills to lead efforts to inform our nation’s leaders.
As an intelligence analyst on our team, you’ll guide a team of analysts as they help your client understand and analyze the battle space. Using your comprehensive understanding of analytic writing and tradecraft, you’ll advise your client on developing trends, as your team builds assessments for senior policymakers. As the authority on your AOR, your client will look to you for time-critical recommendations, often under pressure.
This is a chance to broaden your skillset into areas like open source or imagery analysis. You’ll share your expertise with other analysts through leadership and mentoring. As a technical leader, you’ll identify new opportunities to help your clients meet their toughest analytic challenges.

3+ years of experience with all-source analysis working with the Joint Staff, Combatant Command, Service staff, Major Command Staff, or DIA
Experience with serving as a trusted advisor to clients
Knowledge of analytic tradecraft and the expertise associated with critical thinking and structured analysis
Ability to communicate and solve risks, issues, deliverables, and operations
Ability to deliver results by leading teams and managing projects to operationalize strategies and execute courses of action
Ability to work non-standard hours, including shift work
Active passport with at least 6 months validity for the purposes of visa applications
Nice If You Have:
Experience with conducting battle damage assessments or target development
Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills, including verbal presentations and executive writing
Possession of excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $93,300.00 to $212,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
