Strategic Communications Specialist, Mid

We’re looking for a communications specialist like you, who is ready to grow and willing to win for the client and live our mission every day. Here, you’ll grow your consulting skills to design, develop, produce, and consult on a variety of internal and external communication materials and media that support your client.
As a communications specialist on our team, you’ll closely impact the development of creative solutions to complex problems. Your self-guided yet collaborative spirit will build and nurture relationships with team members, stakeholders, and clients to create high-quality products and strategy to meet the mission and tell the client’s story.
As a collaborator on all aspects of oral and written communications, you’ll create newsletters, leadership messages, and articles and assist with briefings, town halls, and more. Your creative-thinking and business-oriented mindset will guide your client to inform key audiences through words, images, and sound with tools like Microsoft Office suite.

You Have:
Experience with working in a professional environment, including internships
Ability to interact with clients and collaborate with team members
Ability to develop a network of communications professionals within the client space to collaborate with and learn from
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor’s degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience with strategic communications
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $52,100.00 to $119,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
