Job Description
BAE Systems is recruiting a customer-facing role at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio to support management and coordination between BAES Systems F-35 System & Equipment Services (S&ES) teams and key external stakeholders to ensure delivery of the BAE Systems Sustainment Fleet Management service. A successful candidate will be able to problem solve, work with multiple sources of data and formulate solutions to key Fleet Management issues. They will have a strong background in data analytics/Supply Chain Management/Maintenance principles. They will also support a key interface between the Item Analysts / UK Fleet Management team and the wider internal and external population based in the US.
The candidate will be expected to manage multiple internal and customer requirements, expectations, and escalate issues into the internal BAE Systems management and HPSI.
This role will also act as one of the primary Sustainment F-35 Fleet Management customer-facing representative to ensure alignment and delivery of outcomes to Lockheed Martin, Joint Program Office (JPO), government officials and the global F-35 Lightning II Fleet.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Key Responsibilities associated with customer delivery activities include:
Management of Fleet critical parts affecting availability to fleet.
Daily liaison with operational bases to ensure allocation of critical parts are in line with the fleets operational needs.
Focal point for challenges on demands from bases that are not in line with the MICAP guidance as set out in the Item Analyst (IA) handbook.
Daily rack and stack on all BR34 deviation managed parts, ensuring the activity is coordinated with Lightning Sustainment Center – Global Fleet Support (LSC-GFS) senior stakeholders.
Tracking of base activity on repair output on critical parts and liaise with SLCM and technical teams.
Guidance on allocation of BR34 deviation parts to the IA teams on incoming inventory.
Track and coordinate the depot aircraft schedule to ensure parts are at the correct priority and upgraded accordingly in line with the AC rebuild.
Stakeholder Management:
Assist in ensuring LM and LSC-GFS have clear line of sight of current activities across US based Fleet Management issues, in particular on scare assets.
Maintain a strong working relationship with the UK F-35 Fleet Management team, to ensure a clear flow of information pertaining to lifed items tracking and all other Fleet Management activities.
Maintain a strong working relationship with other areas of BAE Systems S&ES, including Engineering Support, Technical Services, Supply Chain (US & UK), DQIM, Safety, Assurance & Governance.
Part of a multi company operational team in support of F35 operations.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Required Skills:
Expert level Excel skills.
Analytical mind-set and experience working with data pulled from multiple sources and able to display a high level of methodical accuracy during data processing.
Preferred previous experience working with SAP/ALIS
Knowledge of F-35 or Fast-Jet maintenance concepts.
Knowledge of Supply Chain and Fleet Management.
Knowledge of F35 technical and maintenance schedules.
Demonstrated communication skills with providing senior leadership level briefings on project status and recommendations.
Knowledge of import / export regulations and F35 global framework.
Knowledge of F-35 customer community, Lockheed Martin, and F-35 Joint Program Office (JPO).
