We are looking for an experienced DevOps engineer to join our team! This position is part of a talented technical team responsible for the design and implementation of a Space Ground mission-focused software cloud application. The ideal candidate must be a self-starter with strong work habits and is able to complete tasks independently while working in a team setting. Experience should include designing and developing automated pipelines, rolling out new systems, maintaining, upgrading, replacing, and improving the long-term performance of the systems.
Pay Information:
Salary Range: $122,870 – $208,890
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
US Citizenship with an active Top Secret clearance is required
Experience developing/maintaining CI pipeline using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Ansible, etc. for automated build, test and deployment
Experience in test in automation testing, software development, system administration, DevOps, or a combination of these roles
Experience maintaining system level test plans, test procedures, and test automation tools
Good knowledge with setting up and configuring VMs and Open source software (VMWare, Virtual Box and Parallels)
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Experience with Agile software development
Experience with cloud-based concepts such as AWS or Azure
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes
Experience with Kafka, Elastic, Redis
Familiar with Linux shells and scripting.
Familiar with Ansible
Familiar with GitLab
Certification in a cloud technology such as AWS Certification
Certification in CompTIA Security+
Hold an active Top Secret/SCI clearance
