Job Description
Join BAE Systems’ Intelligence and Security Sector and be part of an agile team that enables our employees to support our customers and their missions.

BAE Systems is currently seeking an All-Source Analyst who is interested in joining a team of professionals providing direct intelligence support to the Department of Defense as part of a team based out of Charlottesville, VA.

Successful candidates will be able to conduct all-source analysis and analytical production by using intelligence and information from multiple sources to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of national security issues and developments that are regional or functional in nature. They will provide all-source analytic support to collections, operations, investigations, and other defense intelligence analytic requirements on a range of topics. The topics can include foreign command structure and leadership; unique identifying human characteristics, modalities, and fusing identity attributes to identify and assess threat individuals and networks, their capabilities and capacity, centers of gravity, objectives, intent, and potential courses of action. Candidates will analyze friendly and adversary biometric systems to understand their capabilities, vulnerabilities, and to inform the U.S. Defense Acquisition Community; support army modernization efforts to identify future and current leading-edge technologies and their military applications worldwide. They will work on projects that identify and discuss the discovery, development, and deployment of advanced technologies and their potential impact on U.S. forces worldwide. Candidates will provide risk assessments on the transfer and diversion of defense and dual-use U.S. technologies and assesses national security implications associated with foreign involvement in critical U.S. Defense technology and defense sectors. They will produce Intelligence for the U.S. National, Defense and Acquisition Communities and conduct all-source analysis to identify, exploit, and assess potential threats, transfer, and vulnerabilities to defense supply chains.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Desired Education: Bachelor’s degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. An additional 4 years of experience in the specific labor category, for a total of 12 years of experience in the specific labor category, may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree.

Desired Experience: At least 8 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.

Security Clearance: TS/SCI

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Preferred: DoD trained analyst
