Document Management Analyst II
Perform a variety of case tracking responsibilities including preparing forms associated with opening and closing cases, returning evidence, scanning and archiving case files.
Filling out affidavits, and form letters to witnesses.
Scanning and organizing incoming mail and correspondence. Utilizing internal databases for tracking cases and evidence.
Minimum
Qualifications:
Must be able to obtain and maintain a US government security clearance.
Three years of experience on major litigation support projects or undergraduate degree.
Demonstrated ability to work independently or in a team environment.
Must have excellent writing skills and oral communication capabilities.
Ability to use the Microsoft Office suite including advanced excel functions is highly desired.
Knowledge of PC-based databases and other applications, internet and server-based databases and other applications desired.
