Cyber Security Manager
The Cybersecurity Manager shall coordinate with relevant cyber operations and security organizations to include Chief of Naval Operations (CNO) , Communications Security Systems (COMSEC) , PEO IWS, and Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) .
The Cybersecurity Manager shall conduct technical security assessments using a variety of assessment types, including goal-focused exploitation, identification of realistic risks, and communication of findings and recommendations to key stakeholders.
The Cybersecurity Manager shall prepare reports regarding the effectiveness of the organization’s cyber security program, including progress of remedial actions.
The Cybersecurity Manager shall research and analyze cybersecurity capabilities to satisfy data protection requirements for the NSPO.
The Cybersecurity Manager shall evaluate cyber security controls to mitigate vulnerabilities and enhancements for cyber threats and provide analysis of National and DoD cyber events.
The Cybersecurity Manager shall provide cyber threat analysis in accordance with DIA analytics standards DISL.
The Cybersecurity Manager shall support Risk Management Framework (RMF) .
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors Degree from accredited University or CNSSI 4012 or 4013 or 4014 or 4015 or 4016 Certificate or NDU CIO certificate AQD GA8 or successful completion of military training course: NEC 2779 (CIN: A-531-0009) (or DOD Service equivalent)
CISSP/CISM/ GSLC/CASP/CCISO/ CRISC/CCSK/CDPSE
15 years program management experience in a program similar to that in the Statement of Work
