Immersive Wisdom, provider of a 3D remote virtual ops center platform for distributed operations, is seeking a SOF (Special Operations Forces) INDOPACOM / Asia-Pacific Subject Matter Expert (*TS security clearance required*) to join our growing organization. You will work closely with customers, potential customers, and our broader team, to drive the broad adoption of Immersive Wisdom’s platform.
**Candidates should be located in Hawaii or willing to relocate immediately.**
The Role
- Understand each customer s mission sets and operational processes in order to seamlessly integrate Immersive Wisdom into their workflow
- Serve as a lead customer interface during engagements
- Drive product adoption, renewal, and customer satisfaction by bringing value to customers every day
- Accountability for driving revenue through customer expansion
- Ensure all client needs are met, solving issues at the lowest level and knowing when to escalate
- Learn Immersive Wisdom systems used to support and engage customers throughout the customer lifecycle
- Proactively drive adoption and ensure ongoing client satisfaction and retention
- Understand the Immersive Wisdom solution and be able to articulate the features and benefits to provide appropriate solutions for specific customer needs
- Provide customers with expertise on the Immersive Wisdom platform and highlight key features and functionality enabling the customer to achieve their objectives
- Ensure seamless onboarding and account setup for customers
- Maintain accurate customer satisfaction and usage data on assigned customers
- Collect customer feedback and clearly articulate product recommendations for Immersive Wisdom product development
- Continuously drive tactical efficiency and improvements for the Mission Success organization
- Willingness to travel >50%
Desired Skills and Experience
- Active Security Clearance (TS)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in a related field
- Department of Defense experience or client-facing or product experience with a strong interest in supporting customers in the DoD and IC
- Familiarity with Enterprise Software, SaaS, or other technology related experience a plus
- Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, and highly organized
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Tech savvy with the ability to learn new software and CRM tools
- Ability to communicate complex concepts to a wide range of audiences, including technical and non-technical customers
- High level of accountability and the ability to execute on multiple and competing projects and deadlines
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and a strong focus on delivering the best possible client experience
- Self-starter who thrives under ambiguity in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
- Passion for driving business value to customers through software development and new technology
- Proven development of excellent client relationship skills
- Strong work ethic and ownership of both company and client goals/objectives, focused on understanding, meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
